Nightmare before Christmas

I think October flies by way too fast, and I always rush decorating for Halloween. Next year I will be a little more prepared. But this year I was inspired by my all time favourite Halloween movie, The Nightmare before Christmas. That's a lie. Every year I am inspired by it :)

Lacy Springs

Ruche cardigen, Forever 21 top, Heather Jeans, Shoes from Indonesia, Coach bag

I love spring! The weather is not too hot nor cold, the perfect time to shed those winter layers. Also a time to sit outside, relax, read, and drink bubble tea. I'm so in love with this lacy cardigen from Ruche. Bought it a while back and never wore it until recently. Glad I did because it's perfect for both casual and work.

Casual Winter

Forever 21 Jacket, Country Road Top, Heather Jeans and Heels, Bag from Korea, Ring vintage

Back to the land down under after being in a Japan where it was hot and humid, it's a nice change to be in the cold weather. My favourite winter combination are dark shades, with a bag that stands out.

Thanks to my sisters who bought me new pajamas from my one and only favourite sleepwear store, "Peter Alexander". This time the design is not only cute but the packaging is to die for!

Sunlit Serenity

Another beautiful collection by Ruche, Sunlit Serenity Lookbook. I am in love with the yellow floral maxi dress but alas I just spent $200 worth of Ruche accessories a few weeks back. Which is not stopping me once I get my pay in two weeks, lets just hope that dress is still there!

Necklace in Wonderland

A few weeks ago I was inspired to draw an illustration from a cute Wonderland necklace here. Unfortunately the necklace was sold out, but last week they were back in stock and I just couldn't resist. One of the best buys ever! It's adorable with little cookies inside... (don't think it's edible though :( I might replace it with edible ones haha). Everytime I wear it, it feels likes it's my ticket to Wonderland, one bite and I'll be small enough to fit into a rabbit hole? :D

Peter Alexander Winter Collection 2011

One of my absolute favourite Australian Designer, Peter Alexender who designs the cutest sleepwear. Most of my winter PJ's are from Peter's collection. When I'm at home I will wear PJs, when I come home from an outing I will change into my PJs. I admit I am a bit of a Pajama crackhead. I just can't get enough of it!

Alannah Hill Autumn/Winter 2011 Collection

Absolutely love Alannah Hill's newest collection. Her style is very fairytale-esque, like something out of a dream. I went to two of her stores in search for the stripy blue jacket with the bow belt, but alas most of her newest collections has not yet reached the West. If anyone knows if this new design is in stores, please tell me!! :P

A Garden Daydream

Ruche, a cute site selling clothes and accessories with a touch of vintage. My kinda style :) and I kinda went on a crazy shopping spree there today~! The best thing about this online store is the "shop lookbook" where all the clothes the models wear are available to buy on the site. It makes it so much easier to see what the clothes look like live and honestly when I go shopping I'm the type who will buy everything on the mannequin :D

Nikita Inspired Clothes Rack

While I've never seen the orginal "La Femme Nikita" I have really enjoyed the new TV series "Nikita" played by Maggie Q. Who would not like to see a girl kick butt while wearing nice dresses and in high heels? It's a skill I tell you! In the most recent episode I've only recently taken a notice of the things in her secret hideout. And I could not take my eyes off the gold clothes rack in her room; I had to have it! :)

In Ikea, while looking for a bookself I found a Silver Rigga Clothes rack for $17.99. This I coloured with Chase 24K Gold Enamel spray paint from Bunnings for about $15.00.TA-DA it now hold my nice dresses, jackets, necklaces and bags (((o(*゚▽゚*)o)))

Working Girl

70% of the time I will buy my clothes, accessories... pretty much everything online or overseas. Why? the problem is where I live there isn't a variety of brands or styles of clothing. And everytime I buy something from the shops there is always someone wearing the exact same clothes as me!! It is very embarrassing. But since i was in desperate need for some new work clothes I decided to shop locally and to my suprise the style now isn't too bad and the prices are reasonable.

Tank top- Cotton On (2 for $20)
