Good Friday = Fish & Chips

Yesterday I had no work for the first time on a public holiday! yay! As usual Good Friday is a day for church + fish and chips, I was going to make it but nothing is open on a public holiday. And the night before I was way too lazy to do any last minute ingredient shopping. Church on Friday was crazy i only go to church Easter and Christmas :P and we always end up sitting outside on the grass because it's so full of people :) Not complaining because i prefer being outside than in. So instead after church we bought ourselves fish and chips from one of our friend's store. And it was pretty good :)
